Yes, crested geckos can eat blended up banana as a treat as long as it is fed in moderation and in conjunction with an omnivorous diet. You should make sure to blend the banana up into a paste so that it is easier for your crested gecko to eat and digest.

It isn't recommended to feed too many bananas to crested geckos though because it can cause MBD through the calcium to phosphorus ratio.
