You can feed your blue tongue skink dog food that contains protein and some sort of added vegetables. You should make sure to moisten the dog food before you put it into the enclosure, that way they don't have any trouble eating it or digesting it in any way. Some blue tongue skinks are picky eaters and some aren't, some may want to eat dog food and some won't, it all depends. 

It doesn't hurt to offer it to them though.
