What should I do if my crested gecko is eating dirt?

They will occasionally eat dirt thinking there are insects moving around, nothing to worry about as small amounts of substrate such as coconut fiber will pass through them easily. It becomes a problem when they constantly eat dirt and it starts to build up inside their bellies. Then you should bring them to a vet and give tummy rubs.
