Yes, tokay geckos will eat fish, they will eat feeder fish such as Rosie Red Minnows, small goldfish and guppies. These are some fish you can feed to your tokay gecko. Usually it's not the first choice of food for tokay geckos, they mostly feed on calcium dusted insects.

In the wild they will eat just about any small fish they can find.
