Tokay gecko aggression is pretty much like any other aggressive gecko or small lizard, they will bite you and possibly draw blood from you in doing so. They've got some strong jaws. I say this not to scare you but to prepare you, if you plan on getting a tokay gecko. They probably shouldn't be your first pet gecko unless you really want one.
