Yes, a green bottle blue tarantula is terrestrial but they also live somewhat arboreal. This means when you are setting up their tank you want to make sure there is some space for them to crawl up on. Horizontal space is important as well, might want to look at getting a tank size of around 18 by 18 by 18 inches.
