Owning a Jackson's chameleon is a great experience, they are wonderful reptiles and truly are amazing. They aren't too hard to take care of and they change colors, which is pretty rad. Ideally, they are best suited for intermediate reptile keepers due to some of the specific care needs that they have, but all in all, they're not too difficult to take care of.

If you're a beginner and really want one and have done all your research they will be great for you. (Source)
