An easy way to tell if a Jackson chameleon is pregnant is by looking at their stomach, they will have a plump in their stomach that sticks out, indicating the presence of eggs inside of them. Your Jackson chameleon will also appear to be on the cooler side of the enclosure and may exhibit cooler colors on her body. 

One fun fact about them is that they do give live birth, so they won't lay eggs.
