Waxy monkey tree frogs shouldn't be around dogs to begin with, that's a recipe for disaster, one if the dog eats your wany monkey tree frog that's no fun and two the effect the waxy monkey tree frog would have on the dog after eating it wouldn't be good as well.

It's better to keep them separated to begin with.
