To incubate a leopard gecko without an incubator is doable, but it's not really practical. If you have to incubate a leopard gecko without an actual incubator, one method you can use is the shoebox method. You take a shoebox and put perlite in as the substrate, then you add the leopard gecko eggs. You then spray the shoebox consistently and keep them at a warm temperature.
