Yes, tomato frogs are poisonous and can occasionally cause allergies in humans. Unless you are extremely sensitive you'll probably be fine.

Yea, there are some. Tomato frogs kind of look poisonous so I could see why you would ask.

Yea, according to the Smithsonian tomato frogs are brightly colored, with male tomato frogs being yellowish and female tomato frogs being a bright red color. Something cool a tomato frog can do is inflate their body to ward off would be predators. They will release some toxins through their skin as well if they feel threatened. You can read this thread to learn more about tomato frogs they are quite interesting! 😄

Kind of already answered here, but yeah you'll be alright tomato frogs aren't too big of a threat to you in any sort of way. I'd be more worried about an Iguana than a tomato frog because of how much damage they can do.
