No, orange juice isn't ok for crested geckos because it contains lots of citric acid which when ingested by crested geckos isn't good for them. This goes for all types of citric fruits, they are all not safe for crested geckos to eat. The acidity content of them isn't good, so it's best to stay clear of them.
