Yes, having a drip system for a crested gecko is pretty beneficial, they like to drink the drips on the leaves in their enclosure to hydrate themselves. It will also help with humidity. It is also pretty beneficial to have a automatic humidifier inside there as well, it helps save you time when you are trying to make the enclosure humid.
