Crickets are hands down a whole lot better for crested geckos than superworms are because they are a lot easier for them to eat and digest. Crickets are pretty abundant everywhere as well, you can purchase them from the store or online. Crickets aren't too expensive either and once you gut load them and sprinkle them with calcium they make great food for crested geckos.
