If your crested gecko is skinny, the first thing you should do is figure out why exactly they are skinny, it could be a number of different things. It could be parasites, or that you aren't feeding your crested gecko enough. You should experiment with different types of foods and see what your crested gecko likes to eat, then feed them more often. (Source)
