The best baby crested gecko temperature is between 72 - 75 degrees. They shouldn't be exposed to temperatures above 80 degrees for too long as this is not good for their health at all. The room temperature in your house is a good indicator of what the temperature is like inside of your baby crested gecko's enclosure. (Source)
