Yes, dogs can eat pasta when it is cooked and fed to them only in small amounts and not too often, if you feed dogs too much pasta they will get sick. Dogs are carnivores and do best hen fed meats and regular commercial dog food. Pasta is of low nutritional value and too much of it isn't good for them. (Source)
