Yes, in most instances leopard geckos will eat dead mealworms, however they aren't the best thing to feed to them. Leopard geckos do best and are healthiest when they are fed live, calcium dusted and gut loaded insects. Dead insects don't have a good nutritional impact on them. (Source)
