Yes, a 55 gallon long reptile tank is good for most reptiles. You should ensure that your reptile tank has all of the decorations and water bowls/plants so that your reptile remains healthy. It should also for there to be a light/uvb if you are getting a reptile that requires that. Hope this helps!
