Breeding rose hair tarantulas isn't the hardest thing to do, just make sure that you're doing these simples tasks and you'll have new rose hair babies in no time:

  1. Ensure they are sexually mature
  2. Make sure they are well fed
  3. Create a sperm web
  4. Introduce them together the male to the female

The female will then either accept or reject the male tarantula.
