No, a curly tail lizard is unable to breed with other species due to the fact that they don't have the capability to reproduce with other lizards. They can only breed with their own species, not any other type of lizard species. This is how it works, the offspring may not be the healthiest even if they were able to.

Cross breeding lizards is pretty frowned upon in the reptile keeping hobby.
