The wood frog is the frog/toad breed that golds its bladder for a long time, they are a pretty unique amphibian for being able to do this. The wood frog is native to Alaska and most other northern areas of North America such as Canada and New England. They are able to withstand a lot of the cold weather seen up north. (source)
