No, vinegar isn't harmful to sugar gliders if you're using it to clean their cages, the cleaning solution ideally should be a mix of vinegar and water, you can use this solution to sanitize their enclosures and removes certain stains. As long as you wipe off any vinegar water that was used inside of the enclosure, your sugar gliders should be safe.
