No, centipedes aren't too poisonous to pets, they don't have enough venom to kill a dog or cat inside of your house, so there's really nothing to worry about. Centipedes won't even harm small animals like hamsters, rats and chinchillas. The venom would cause some harm, but it won't kill any of your pets completely.
