Yes, blue tongue skinks can eat roaches, they are actually quite a good food for them to eat. They contain pretty high levels of protein which is good for blue tongue skinks. Roaches as well as crickets, mealworms, waxworms and snails are all excellent foods for blue tongue skinks. You can offer a variety of different vegetables and fruits as well.
