You can leave your blue tongued skink for around a few days without food, they don't do too well past that though and it's generally recommended that you go ahead and have someone care for them while you are away.

You should definitely make sure that there's a good amount of water left for them when you leave, they can survive much longer off of water without food then straight up no water and no food.
