The best way to tell the age of a blue tongue skink is to look at their body size, larger blue tongue skinks are generally older and aren't as small as juveniles. There are exceptions such as if your skink was malnourished for some reason, but generally speaking, the larger the skink the older they are. They live to be around 15-20 years old.
