You can leave your crested gecko for a couple of days at most, but for a week is kind of too long, you are taking risks with your crested gecko's wellbeing at that point. You should see if a friend or family member can take care of your crested gecko while you're gone, like making sure that they are at correct temperature, lighting, humidity levels and food is all taken care of.

You can call the reptile stores in your area if you want, they may have someone there that can offer boarding services.
