Yes, a crested gecko that is laying eggs without a male is considered normal, the eggs that they do end up laying will not be fertile though, they will not become new crested geckos if there aren't any male crested geckos around to fertilize them. Female crested geckos do this on occasion and it's nothing to fret about.
