No, a crested gecko bite doesn't hurt, they don't have too sharp of teeth to inflict that much damage onto anyone, they also are pretty small and aren't too dangerous by nature. Their first line of defense isn't to bite either, they will 9/10 times run away or even drop their tails to escape confrontation.
