Yes, cory catfish can live with guppies, they aren't too aggressive of a fish species and won't attack the guppies unlike some other fish species like cichlids or goldfish. Cory catfish are bottom feeders and don't eat other fish, they also tolerate the same temperatures as guppies as well as the PH levels, so they make great tankmates.
