Yes, PetSmart does sell female guppies, you can purchase both male and female guppies from PetSmart, just ask the clerk which gender you prefer to have, ideally you should have both if you're keeping guppies, more females than males preferably to limit the fighting.

It's good if you have a good sized tank for them as well.
