Yes, guppies will eat seed shrimp, they love eating it and will eat seed shrimp whenever they are given the opportunity to do so. Young guppies especially like to eat seed shrimp. It's a popular food for guppies, and as omnivores guppies will eat just about anything that they can get inside of their mouths. (Source)
