Common ways to help a guppy with bloat and raised scales is to do a water change, and do so more frequently than you have been because that may be causing your guppy the bloat and raised scales in the first place. Other ways to treat these conditions would be feeding them antibiotics, giving them a salt bath as well as utilizing a quarantine tank so other guppies/fish inside don't get sick.
