Yes, you do need a license to sell reptiles in Texas if they are native to Texas. If the reptiles you are selling aren't native to Texas, then you don't need to have a license to sell reptiles. Texas just wants to make sure that you aren't hurting their own wildlife while also gaining from it. There's also some laws you need to follow if you've got snakes and live in Texas, you should read through it. (Source)
