Owning a pet rattlesnake is an intriguing experience, they are quite independent animals, they of course rattle their tails whenever they feel threatened and are quite the pet to have. Rattlesnakes aren't the best beginner friendly pet, they have needs that are different from other snakes, you probably don't want to handle the rattlesnake either, this is unlike most other snakes.
