Blood after mating is normal with a crested gecko, blood is commonly found within the semen of male crested geckos and small amounts of it should be of no concern. It's normal for male crested geckos to bite the bodies of female crested geckos when they are mating, there could be blood there as well. 

As long as the blood isn't excessive, it isn't anything to be worried about.
