Noise & music can potentially stress a crested gecko out, best not to have too loud of noise or any music near them because they could potentially loose their tail. There have been instances of crested geckos loosing their tails due to loud noises, like vacuum cleaners. 

Best to be quiet around them, this is what's best for them.
