The best way to fatten up a crested gecko is to feed them more, you can try feeding them more insects than you normally do, this will over time give them more protein and calcium since they're calcium dusted, thus making your crested gecko grow much larger over time. 

Be careful not to overdue it though, a crested gecko that is too fat isn't a happy one.
