You can leave your crested gecko alone for a max of around two days, this assumes that you have an automatic mister and that the temperature in your house isn't going to be jacked all the way up or down when you are gone. The day you leave you should make sure that there is a full water bowl as well as enough food for them to last a couple of days and that the mister works.
