No, crested geckos don't ever regrow their tails, as soon as they release their tails it never regrows back unfortunately. That's why you should be careful handling them and make sure they aren't too stressed out or anxious. When crested geckos loose their tails, the only thing that can regrow is just the base and nothing more.
