To treat a crested gecko hemipene prolapse, all you have to do is apply some sort of lubricant like VaselineĀ to it, keep it warm and somewhat wet and it may retract. You may want to bring your crested gecko to the vet in the case of a serious hemipene prolapse. This may be the best thing you can do.
