A sleeping crested gecko will be asleep for around 9-12 hours in total each and every day, they are nocturnal reptiles and they are usually asleep during the day time and at night is when they come out and feast and climb around their enclosure. They may look like they're awake during the day because they don't have eyelids, however they are most likely asleep.
