You should feed a crested gecko no more than 3-4 mealworms per day in order for them to be healthy. The mealworms should be dusted with calcium if you want them to have the best nutritional effect on your crested gecko. Mealworms are best fed together with other insects like crickets, dubia roaches and wax worms. (Source)
