No, blue tongue skinks aren't venomous, they actually trick predators into thinking they are venomous by flicking their blue tongues out, which tells the predator "hey I may be venomous", this helps them not get eaten or attacked. You don't have to worry about getting injected with venom from their bites or anything like that if you own a blue tongue skink.
