It takes a blue tongue skink around two years to reach their full size, this varies from skink to skink, but generally speaking that's how long it takes. The exact amount of time it takes is dependent on the genetics of your skink. Nutrition is also a factor, if they are fed good and appropriately then it's mainly just genetics.
