Yes, blue tongue skinks can eat dry dog food every once and a while as long as water is added to the dry dog food. When you add water it softens the dog food so that it is easier for blue tongue skinks to chew and also it helps them digest it better. Ideally, wet dog food would be better to feed to skinks, but you can occasionally feed them dry dog food. (Source)
