Yes, blue tongue skinks can eat cantaloupe, it's best if it's fed to them as a treat every once and a while though because the bulk of a blue tongue skink's diet should consist mostly of protein sources from insects like crickets, dubia roaches, hornworms and mealworms. Cantaloupe shouldn't make up the majority of their diets.
