The best thing you can do with your blue tongue skink's shed is to let them go through the shedding process if they are in the process of shedding, it's best if you don't intervene. Humidity should be higher when they shed so that they have an easier time getting their old skin off.

After a blue tongue skink sheds, they oftentimes eat their old skin.
