Yes, blue tongue skinks do bite, they will do so if they feel stressed out or threatened by you or anything you're doing around them. They are pretty unlikely to bite you and will most likely give you body language warnings like hissing, defensive positioning and hiding from you before they go and actually bite you. (Source)
